Iâm James Mac Inerney â internationally acclaimed makeup artist, best known for my work on Glow up Series 2 (Netflix UK, BBC) and as a guest judge on RTĂâs Glow Up Ireland.
Born in Irelandâs rural Midlands, I turned a passion for art into a global career, with a focus on TV/film, SFX, body paint, and high-fashion beauty.Â
Iâve led artistry teams at top academies across the UK & India, worked with global powerhouses including LâOrĂŠal, Maybelline, Sephora, and MAC, and had the honor of working with stars like Eva Longoria, Yasmin Finney, and queens from RuPaulâs Drag Race.
From runways to red carpets, my goal is always the same:Â to push creative boundaries and leave a lasting impression through the power of makeup.Â
